As part of the 10th Zukunftskongress Staat und Verwaltung, Jörg Ihling-Höfer will address ‘the importance of technical sovereignty for public administration’ on 25 June 2024 at 9:30 in the Arena of Solutions.
The lecture will focus on how public authorities can secure independence from external technology providers and ensure complete transparency regarding the source code of their software. Innovative concepts that enable applications to be operated in an infrastructure-independent, scalable and flexible manner will also be highlighted.
The aim is to maintain control over the essential management infrastructure and to strengthen technical sovereignty.
