Measures

The following questions need to be addressed:

• Who is allowed to create PVs/PVCs?
• Should only one person be responsible for this, or e.g. someone for PVs and someone else for the respective PVCs?
• For which applications should there be PVs?
• Which naming convention makes sense?
• Which storage is recommended?
